What is Covered
- Internal motor and electronic drive component failures
- Manufacturing defects in motor workmanship or assembly
- Charging port and internal motor power regulation faults
What is Not Covered
Consumable silicone parts (such as flanges, inserts, diaphragms, and valves) naturally experience wear over time and are excluded from lifetime motor warranty replacement. Accidental drops, liquid submersion of the electronic motor unit, unauthorized modifications, or normal cosmetic wear and tear are not covered.
How to Submit a Motor Warranty Claim
If your pump motor experiences an issue, please send an email to info@babybornly.com with:
- Your original order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue along with a short video or photo
Our Copenhagen technical support team will evaluate your claim and issue a replacement motor unit or component within 1 to 2 business days.
